Bolo Trufado Embrulhado
Ingredientes
6 ovos
200ml de leite
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
1 xícara (chá) de chocolate em pó
Recheio
300 ml de creme de leite
200g de chocolate ao leite
1 colher (sopa) de conhaque ou rum
Calda
200ml de leite
6 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó
6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
Cobertura
200g de chocolate ao leite
raspas de chocolate
Preparo da massa
Bata as gemas com o açúcar, até clarear. Acrescente o leite alternando com a farinha misturando com o chocolate. Bata as claras em neve delicadamente à massa. Por último acrescente o fermento. Leve para assar em forma retangular mais ou menos 25cm, untada e polvilhada.
Preparo do recheio
Derreta o chocolate, acrescente o creme de leite e o rum e misture bem.
Preparo da calda
Misture bem todos os ingredientes. Reserve.
Montagem
Passe o plástico filme na assadeira usada. Coloque metade da massa do bolo, regue com a metade da calda. Reserve meia xícara do recheio e espalhe o restante no bolo. Coloque a outra metade do bolo, regue e passe o restante do recheio, polvilhe o chocolate ralado.
Bolo Gelado de Morango
Ingredientes
6 ovos
1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
1/2 xícara (chá) de água fervendo dissolvida com 1/2 caixa de gelatina de morango
2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
1 colher de (sopa) de suco de limão
300ml de creme de leite fresco
Preparo
Bata as claras em neve, coloque o açúcar e depois as gemas uma a uma. Acrescente a água fervendo, com a gelatina, o óleo e a farinha de trigo, batendo em velocidade baixa. Por último, misture o fermento em pó. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180ºC. Deixe assar por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
Preparo da calda
Leve ao fogo os morangos, o açúcar e o suco de limão, deixe ferver por uns 10 minutos.
Coloque para esfriar um pouco e depois leve ao liquidificador e bata com o creme de leite.
Montagem
Na assadeira regue com a calda por cima, e leve para gelar.
Bolo Creme de Abacaxi
Ingredientes
5 ovos
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
1/2 xícara (chá) de amido de milho
3 colheres (sopa) de margarina sem sal (temperatura ambiente)
1 xícara (chá) de água morna
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
Recheio
1 lata de leite condensado
1 lata (medida ) de leite
1 lata (medida) de calda de abacaxi
2 gemas
4 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho
1 lata de abacaxi (picadinhos)
1 caixinha de creme de leite
Preparo
Em uma batedeira bata as claras em neve e coloque as gemas, o açúcar e a margarina. Deixe bater por mais 5 minutos. Depois adicione aos poucos a água. Desligue a batedeira e coloque a farinha de trigo peneirada e o fermento em pó. Misture. Em seguida coloque a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada. Leve para assar em forno preaqueçido por 35 minutos ou até que ao enfiar um palito de mesa, ele saia limpo.
Preparo do Recheio
Leve todos os ingredientes, menos o creme de leite e o abacaxi, até engrossar. Deixe ficar morno e adicione o creme de leite e o abacaxi picadinho. Corte o bolo e regue com a calda do abacaxi. Recheio e cubra o bolo com chantili batido.
Bolo Gelado de Maracujá
Ingredientes
6 ovos
1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
3/4 de xícara (chá) de suco de maracujá
1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
Calda
1 lata de leite condensado
1 xícara (chá) de suco de maracujá
Cobertura
3 maracujás (fruta)
1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
Preparo
Na batedeira bata as claras. Junte o suco de maracujá e o açúcar (com a batedeira ligada). Desligue e acrescente a farinha e o fermento aos poucos, mexendo delicadamente. Coloque em uma assadeira untada e polvilhada e leve ao forno preaquecido por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
Preparo da Calda
Em um recipiente misture o leite condensado e o suco de maracujá. Utilize.
Preparo da Cobertura
Leve ao fogo o maracujá e o açúcar. Deixe ferve até ficar bem tranparente. Utilize.
Montagem
Regue o bolo com a calda e por cima coloque a cobertura. Leve à geladeira.
Bolo Gelado de Pêssego
Ingredientes
6 ovos
6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
4 colheres (sopa) de fecúla de batata
1 colher (sopa) rasa de fermento em pó
Calda
Utilizar calda do pêssego.
Cobertura
1 lata de leite condensado
1 lata de creme de leite sem soro
1/2 lata de pêssegos sem a calda
Preparo
Na vasilha da batedeira coloque as claras e bata em neve.
Junte as gemas e o açúcar (com a batedeira ligada). Desligue e agregue a fécula de batata e o fermento. Coloque em uma assadeira untada e polvilhada. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 150ºC por 15 minutos e a 180ºC por mais 15 minutos.
Preparo da Cobertura
Coloque no liquidificador o leite condensado, o creme de leite e os pêssegos. Leve para gelar por 30 minutos
Montagem
Regue com a calda do pêssego, e leve um pouco para gelar, cubra, com a cobertura e pique o restante dos pêssegos sobre o bolo. Volte à geladeira. Se quiser salpique coco ralado.
Bolo de Leite em Pó
Ingredientes
2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
2 xícaras(chá) de açúcar
4 ovos
2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
4 colheres (sopa) de leite em pó
1 xícara (chá) de leite em morno
Cobertura
1 lata de creme de leite
3 colheres de sopa de leite em pó
3 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
Preparo
Bata na batedeira a manteiga com o açúcar, as gemas e o leite em pó, até ficar um creme claro. Peneire a farinha de trigo com o fermento.
Alterne na massa os ingredientes secos com o leite. Por último acrescente as claras em neve mexendo delicadamente. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido para assar em forma untada e polvilhada.
Preparo da Cobertura
Misture bem todos os ingredientes, espalhe sobre o bolo polvilhe leite em pó por cima.
