RECEITAS DO CANAL – PARTE I

PANQUECAS

Massa básica:

2 ovos inteiros

2 gemas

2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga amolecida

1 colher (sopa) de conhaque

1 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite

1 xicara (cha) de farinha de trigo peneirada

1/2 colher (chá) de sal

Modo de preparar:

Coloque no copo do liquidificador todos os ingredientes.

Tampe e bata até que esteja tudo bem misturado. Leve a geladeira

e deixe por uns 30 minutos . Unte uma frigideira com manteiga e

utilize 2 conchas de massa para cada panqueca.

Coloque a massa na frigideira e incline-a de um lado para o outro, para

que a massa se espalhe por igual. Deixe fritar por alguns minutos. Vire-a

e deixe fritar do outro lado.

Rende aproximadamente 6 panquecas grandes.

RECHEIO DE FRANGO

300 g de peito de frango cozido e desfiado

1 cebola pequena picada

50 ml de leite integral

2 colheres (sopa) rasa de amido de milho

4 colheres (sopa) de milho verde

1 tomate picado sem semente

1 pitada de pimenta do reino moída

1 colherzinha (café) de sal

3 colheres (sopa) pimentão cortado em quadradinhos

2 colheres (sopa) de cebolinha picadinha

2 colheres (sopa) coentro picadinho

100 ml de molho de tomate preparado

azeitona verde picada à gosto

Modo de preparo:

Em uma tigela, misture todos e reserve

MOLHO BRANCO COM CREME DE LEITE

Ingredientes:

2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga

1 cebola ralada

4 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo sal

noz moscada

2 xícaras (chá) de leite quente

1 lata de creme de leite

Modo de preparar:

Leve uma panela ao fogo, junte a manteiga, depois de derretida, acrescente a cebola e deixe que frite até dourar. Adicione a farinha de trigo e deixe que frite até dourar. Adicione a farinha de trigo e deixe tostar. Despeje o leite e mexa até engrossar. Junte o sal e a noz moscada, dê mais uma mexida e acrescente o creme de leite, misture bem sem deixa ferver, retire e sirva. Se gostar junte queijo ralado.

MOLHO DE TOMATE ESPESSO

Ingredientes:

3 cebolas picadas

4 colheres (sopa) de óleo

1/2 kg de tomates sem pele sem sementes

1 colher (cha) de açúcar

sal

Modo de preparar:

Leve ao fogo uma panela com o óleo, deixe aquecer e junte as cebolas para que cozinhem bem, mexendo para não grudar no fundo.

Estando as cebolas cozidas, acrescente os tomates, o açúcar e o sal. Deixe cozinhar lentamente, mexendo de vez em quando. Deixe cozinhar

lentamente, mexento de vez em quando. Estando tudo cozido, passe no liquidificador. Leve novamente ao fogo, mexendo sempre, deixe ferver por alguns minutos. Deixe esfriar, coloque em vidros e guarde na geladeira para quando precisar.
